배송 delay

안녕하세요. 


미국에서 주문해서 한국으로 받을수 있는 배송 주문한지 5일 정도 된거 같은데 아직도 배송이 안됬네요. 

카드에서 돈은 빠져 나갔는데..

당일배송이라고 들었는데 배송이 delay 되는건에 대해서 아무런 연락을 못받았습니다.  


배송이 늦어지는 이유를 알고 싶습니다.
